Estas son las reglas de usar DEF, en palabras normales. Al abrir una cuenta, el negocio acepta lo que dice esta página.
En una línea: DEF es una herramienta, no un empleado con criterio propio. Sugiere y ejecuta lo que se le permite; el dinero y los mensajes sensibles no salen sin que alguien del negocio los apruebe.
Qué es DEF
Software que un negocio usa para operar su día: turnos, marcajes, tareas, rutinas, bodega, dinero y mensajes con su equipo y sus huéspedes, a través de su propia app y de WhatsApp.
Quién puede usarlo
- Un negocio, a través de una persona mayor de edad autorizada para representarlo.
- Quien abre la cuenta responde por lo que su equipo haga dentro de ella.
- El negocio es responsable de tener derecho a cargar los datos de su gente y de avisarles que usa DEF.
La cuenta
Cada persona entra con su propio enlace o su propia contraseña. Cuidar esas llaves es del negocio. Si se pierde una, se avisa a info@flowstate.help y la revocamos.
Qué se paga
- Plan mensual o anual según el tamaño del equipo: Base US$250 (hasta 5 personas), Crece US$450 (hasta 10), Pro US$700 (hasta 25). Arriba de eso, se habla.
- Saldo prepagado para el uso de inteligencia artificial. Se recarga desde US$20. Cada plan incluye un monto de IA; pasado eso, se descuenta del saldo.
- El cobro lo procesa Recurrente. La tarjeta nunca pasa por DEF.
- Los precios pueden cambiar. Si cambian, se avisa antes del siguiente cobro.
- Si el saldo llega a cero, las funciones de IA se pausan. Los datos del negocio no se borran por eso.
Lo que no se puede hacer
- Usar DEF para algo ilegal, ni para mandar mensajes no solicitados o publicidad masiva.
- Romper las reglas de WhatsApp y Meta. Ellos pueden cortar un número que las incumpla, y eso no depende de nosotros.
- Intentar entrar a los datos de otro negocio, o cargar el sistema a propósito.
- Revender el servicio como propio sin acuerdo escrito.
Los datos son del negocio
Lo que el negocio carga sigue siendo suyo. Lo guardamos separado del de cualquier otro negocio y lo usamos sólo para prestarle el servicio. El detalle está en Privacidad. Puede pedir una copia o su borrado cuando quiera.
Qué decide DEF y qué no
DEF reparte trabajo, calcula horas, lleva inventario y responde mensajes. Nunca mueve dinero ni manda un mensaje sensible sin que alguien del negocio lo apruebe. Las respuestas las redacta un modelo de lenguaje y pueden equivocarse: las decisiones importantes las revisa una persona del negocio.
Disponibilidad
Hacemos lo posible por tenerlo arriba siempre, pero no prometemos que nunca falle. Dependemos de terceros (WhatsApp, el punto de venta, el sistema de reservas, la nube) y una caída suya puede afectar el servicio.
Hasta dónde respondemos
DEF es una herramienta de apoyo. El negocio sigue siendo responsable de su operación, de su planilla y de cumplir la ley que le aplique. Si algo sale mal por nuestra culpa, nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que ese negocio nos pagó en los últimos tres meses.
Cómo termina
- El negocio puede cancelar cuando quiera. El plan corre hasta el final del período ya pagado.
- Podemos cerrar una cuenta que rompa estas reglas, avisando antes salvo que sea grave.
- Al cerrar, el negocio puede pedir una copia de sus datos dentro de los 30 días siguientes.
Cambios
Si cambiamos algo importante, se actualiza la fecha de arriba y avisamos al correo del negocio.

These are the rules for using DEF, in plain words. Opening an account means the business accepts what this page says.
In one line: DEF is a tool, not an employee with its own judgement. It suggests and does what it is allowed to; money and sensitive messages never go out without someone at the business approving them.
What DEF is
Software a business uses to run its day: shifts, clock-ins, tasks, routines, stock, money and messages with its staff and guests, through its own app and through WhatsApp.
Who can use it
- A business, through an adult authorised to represent it.
- Whoever opens the account is answerable for what their team does inside it.
- The business is responsible for having the right to enter its people's data and for telling them it uses DEF.
The account
Each person signs in with their own link or their own password. Looking after those keys is the business's job. If one is lost, write to info@flowstate.help and we revoke it.
What it costs
- Monthly or yearly plan by team size: Base US$250 (up to 5 people), Crece US$450 (up to 10), Pro US$700 (up to 25). Above that, we talk.
- Prepaid balance for AI use, topped up from US$20. Each plan includes an amount of AI; beyond it, usage comes off the balance.
- Payment is processed by Recurrente. Card details never pass through DEF.
- Prices can change. If they do, we tell you before the next charge.
- If the balance hits zero, AI features pause. Business data is not deleted for that.
What you may not do
- Use DEF for anything illegal, or to send unsolicited messages or bulk advertising.
- Break WhatsApp's and Meta's rules. They can cut off a number that breaks them, and that is not in our hands.
- Try to reach another business's data, or deliberately overload the system.
- Resell the service as your own without a written agreement.
The data belongs to the business
What a business puts in stays theirs. We keep it isolated from every other business and use it only to run their service. The detail is in Privacy. They can ask for a copy or deletion at any time.
What DEF decides, and what it doesn't
DEF hands out work, calculates hours, tracks stock and answers messages. It never moves money or sends a sensitive message without someone at the business approving it. Replies are written by a language model and can be wrong: important decisions are reviewed by a person at the business.
Availability
We do our best to keep it up, but we don't promise it never fails. We depend on third parties (WhatsApp, the point of sale, the booking system, the cloud) and an outage of theirs can affect the service.
How far we're liable
DEF is a support tool. The business remains responsible for its own operation, its payroll, and complying with the law that applies to it. If something goes wrong through our fault, our liability is limited to what that business paid us in the previous three months.
How it ends
- A business can cancel whenever it likes. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- We can close an account that breaks these rules, with notice unless the breach is serious.
- On closure, the business can ask for a copy of its data within the following 30 days.
Changes
If we change something important we update the date above and notify the business's email.
